Lecturer in Physical Geography

Profile

Holly studied for a BA in Geography and an MPhil in Environmental Science, specialising in GIS and Remote Sensing, at the University of Cambridge. She moved to the University of Exeter in 2012 to undertake a NERC-funded PhD project examining the evolution of reef islands in the Maldives. Holly has now taken up a lecturing post, contributing to both the BSc and BA Geography programmes. She is also an Associate Research Fellow on the CRiMSon (Coastal Risk Mapping and SimulatiON) project, for which she is undertaking geospatial analyses of shoreline erosion along the southern coast of Devon.

Coastal systems, geospatial science, coral reef and reef island geomorphology
