Overview
My expertise is in ecosystem-based management and modelling impacts of anthropogenic stressors on marine ecosystem, such as fisheries, invasive species, and ocean warming, using Ecopath with Ecosim. In addition, I am quite interested in species conservation issues. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Marine Ecosystem Modelling within the SeaChange project (https://seachange-erc.eu/). I am engaged in ecosystem modelling to describe how marine ecosystems appeared thousands of years ago and to quantify the impact of major cultural transition.
Broad research specialisms:
Marine ecosystems, ecosystem modelling, fisheries, conservation biology
