Overview

I am a plant eco-physiologist and my research focuses on improving our understanding of the impacts of climate change (warming and elevated CO2) on plant carbon metabolism (photosynthesis and leaf respiration) of tropical and boreal trees. Within the department, my research focuses on evaluating the impacts of warming on photosynthesis and leaf respiration in Andean tropical trees in Colombia, with Associate Prof Lina Mercado as my postdoc advisor.
