Dr Sally Lampkin
Honorary Fellow

Sal has spent nearly 30 years in the health, HE and sustainability sectors in the UK and overseas, as a clinician, regional manager and, most recently, an academic. These activities have involved individuals, communities and strategic planning, based on many of the principles that underpin socio-psychology, behaviour change, social influence and critical marketing.

Her current interests focus on motivating change in workplaces and communities to create healthy and sustainable cultures and practices long term.

Other interests include sustainable transport, mobilities and travel behaviour, and she recently worked on an Innovate UK/NERC funded project ‘Engaging Smart Transport’, along with UoE colleagues and a Consortium of external partners. The project’s focus was engaging people in the Exeter region in smart technologies to shift their travel behaviour to more sustainable modes.
