I'm a geochemist who specialises in statistical analysis, machine learning, and geographical information systems (GIS). My main research interests are peatland dynamics (from hydrological functioning to greenhouse gas emissions), soil geochemistry (urban and natural), and landscape evolution processes, such as soil erosion and deposition of terrestrial sediments, especially in perturbed systems affected by land use change. I use modelling approaches to quantify and statistically interpret geochemical parameters, terrain metrics and hydrological function on a landscape level.
