I'm a geochemist who specialises in remote sensing and geographical information systems (GIS). My main research interests lie in peatland dynamics (from hydrological functioning to greenhouse gas emissions), soil geochemistry, and landscape evolution such as erosion and deposition of terrestrial sediments. I use modelling approaches to quantify and statistically interpret geochemical parameters on a landscape level.
