Rebecca is a project manager at the University of Exeter with extensive experience of working on high-profile and high-impact interdisciplinary research consortia. Previous projects include MISTY under the Belmont Forum programme on Transformations to Sustainability and the UKRI funded project ACCESS. Rebecca is currently working on the Successful Intervention Pathways for Migration as Adaptation (SUCCESS) project led by Professor Neil Adger at the University of Exeter.

The SUCCESS project is part of the five-year, CAD120-million Climate Adaptation and Resilience initiative (CLARE) co-funded by the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and IDRC. Migration is a key adaptation strategy in the face of climate change in every part of the world. SUCCESS seeks to generate new knowledge on the evaluation of adaptations that involve migration, mobility and immobility and to promote evidence-based narratives on the role of migration in the challenge of adapting to climate risks.
